Taylor’s Port and Rockland Distilleries, in Sri Lanka have joined forces to present the ‘Ruby Punch Pack’. Inspired by Jerry Thomas in the 1840s, an American bartender who popularised cocktails throughout the USA through his book the bartenders guide. The Ruby Punch is based on one of his original recipes and has been adapted to suit the more modern palate.
Ceylon Arrack made from the process of distilling the sap carefully collected from the flowers at the top of the coconut tree is a timeless art in Sri Lanka. Combined with Taylor’s Select Reserve Ruby Port it makes a sensational cocktail.
